Flexco® Size XP7

Designed for use with solid woven PVG/PVC belting, the XP7 staple fastener can be used on belts with a belt tension rating up to 2000 PIW (belt strength rating up to 3500 kN/m).

Fastener Details

  • Design: Hinged; staple fastener strip with large loop area
  • Belt Thickness after skive: 1/2”- 5/8” (13mm-16mm)
  • Minimum Pulley Diameter: 20” (500 mm)
  • Hinge Pin Size: 13/32” (10.3 mm)
  • Maximum PIW: 2000 (Belt strength rating up to 3500 kN/m)
  • Belt Widths: 40”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 56”, 60”, 64”, 72” (1000 mm, 1050mm, 1200 mm, 1400 mm, 1600 mm, 1800 mm)
